Following a significant investment in R&D, RSC Tuning is proud to enter the ECU tuning market with RSC LiveTune; A unique line of software for over 6,000 individual vehicle applications. Our software has been developed utilizing industry leading test conditions simulating a wide variety of driving conditions, and using everything from high octane race fuels right down to everyday pump quality diesel. We also utilise our expertise in exhaust & catalyst manufacture to test LiveTune software alongside our performance hardware and ensure optimal results, and safe running of the vehicle.

Technology

Our investment in the most advanced technology sets LiveTune apart from many conventional tuners who simply upload the same 'copy' of a modified file to vehicle after vehicle. Instead, LiveTune actually modifies each vehicle's individual file, allowing it to retain all correct chassis & VIN numbers, as well as correct software ID codes following manufacturers releasing software updates. By carefully modifying all of the existing parameters such as ignition, cam timing, or boost pressure we are able to achieve exceptional results within a safe operating ceiling for each vehicle. Adaptive Software

Our file writing process includes modification of all of the existing variants of the OE tables such as ignition and cam timing. Your vehicle's ECU contains several different mapping options which can be accessed at any time. All of these maps are accessed by the ECU at various times based on input from a variety of the vehicle's on-board sensors, allowing your vehicle to select the optimum values for differing driving conditions. My carefully modifying all of these tables, RSC's software is able to think for itself and quickly adapt to changing parameters like fuel quality and octane rating. This eliminates the need for manually switching between modes when driving as this function is active at all times within the existing architecture of the ECU.
