Sound is an important and emotional part of driving a sports car. In years gone by, sports cars had distinctive and evocative exhaust notes you could recognise in an instant. With vehicle manufacturers increasingly forced to meet global sound regulations, today’s Aston Martin does not provide as full a soundtrack as some drivers would like. Thankfully Racing Sport Concepts has designed a performance system which provides the quality and intensity of sound that many V8 Vantage drivers are looking for.

RSC's performance exhaust system provides a subtle and unobtrusive V8 burble at lower RPMs which is refined enough for comfortable long distance travel and everyday use. As RPMs rise with wider throttle openings, the pitch and intensity gradually build to a sporting roar that will leave you grinning from ear to ear and driving with the windows down. Manufactured entirely from aeronautical 304 grade austenitic stainless steel this system weighs just 33lbs (15.0 kilos.) The massive 27lb (12.2 kilo) reduction improves braking, handling and acceleration. Like all of our systems, it is fully mandrel bent and backed by our 25-year guarantee against corrosion and workmanship.

This system has been carefully engineered to maintain low-end torque and eliminate annoying resonance and vibrations. The Sports version is the middle of our three sound levels, and is noticeably louder than the stock system. We recommend this system for those who want a medium-loud exhaust, or who are also fitting 200-cell race cats to their Vantage and like an agressive sound level.
